Ingredients

  • 150g Mulgowie green beans, cut in half,
  • 150g Mulgowie flat beans
  • 150g Mulgowie butter beans,
  • 350g canned tuna, broken into chunks
  • 1 red salad onion, sliced,
  • 1/3 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 cup finely sliced Mulgowie wombok
  • 1/2 cup small black olives or 2 tablespoons of capers
  • 4 tablespoons Italiana salad dressing,
  • Chopped basil and/or continental parsley

Method

Lightly boil the beans and cauliflower in salted water, drain, rinse under running cold water and drain well. In a bowl, mix the beans, cauliflower, salad onion, capsicum and wombok, then carefully add the tuna and olives. Serve onto salad plates and add the dressing and chopped herbs.
